Best stuff ever! Stings a little at first or more of a cold feeling then no pain or discomfort for about 6 hours, so glad I found this.

I don’t understand why this stuff works so well, but it does. It beats out the other natural and even the big name solutions. The soothing menthol feel helps a lot at the start but it also speeds the healing up for me. At first it seems a bit expensive, but what matters is effectiveness. You can waste a lot on other things that don’t work or just buy something like this that works. I have tried things and always come back to this remedy.

I bought this because I some some other people mention the word "cure." I was, of course, skeptical.Well, not any longer. I quit using the product a week ago because, after just a couple weeks of use, I didn't have a need for it anymore. Amazing. "My little friend" was virtually gone. It did come back, so I've begun using the cream again...and am attaining good reduction again. This time, I'll keep using the product longer in hopes of attaining a longer-lasting improvement, as I think I quit too soon the first time.I've battled this problem for years and have had surgery for it. After that, I consulted with a different specialist when I developed the problem again. He said I needed real surgery; that nothing else would help. That didn't sound fun, so......I asked my acupuncturist if he could help. [No, they don't put needles THERE, unless you want them to. You don't.] He said that he'd had success in treating this malady before...and BOY did it work wonders for me---multiple times I had a flare-up. I kept using the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) cream he sold me, but I'd used it prior and it didn't alleviate the problem, so I attribute the alleviation this time to the acupuncture. Check into it.Cut to 2020 and The Pandemic World. I developed the problem again, but the acupuncturist wasn't seeing patients...I didn't want surgery (for multiple reasons)...and the TCM musk-smelling ointment wasn't working. That's when I came to Amazon...saw the reviews...bought this product...and started on the road to recovery.As I type this, I have ZERO issue. PTL! [EDIT: As noted above, it flared up again, so I'm back on the cream and will stick with it longer.] YMMV, of course, and the improvement didn't happen overnight, so stick with it and I bet you'll attain significant relief. If not, well, at least you've gotten to know yourself better. HA.So, I highly recommend this product. It's my new go-to.

Works, but tube is not full of product.

It definitely works and helps any discomfort right away and throughout the day. I think it speeds up the healing process once your in a situation. I’m not sure it’s a cure all but I find it better than the general big brand competition. That applies for both creams and the pads. The cooling effervescent is not bad. The product is a good value compared to other products on Amazon. I can’t say I’ve tried everything but this is the best thing I’ve tried so far. I would definitely buy again in the future. I haven’t used it in the worse situation yet but I think regardless of your situation this would help. The overall product texture , smell, and feel is more of a cream than an oily or jelly. The product has a minty smell that is preferred over the competition. The product comes in a cardboard box. The ingredient list is fine. I would suggest this product to other people suffering or looking for an alternative. It has a pointy top to puncture the foil top. The cream is a tan color. The ingredients are all natural and typically in the realm of other homeopathic treatments. I was never a fan of the major brands that you see in stores for this. For now ive found something better.

I’ve used this not even 24 hrs. It works great. I can sit without pain and the swelling is almost gone. I highly recommend it.

I wish I would have listened to the reviews that said “don’t buy this, it burns”. I used this ointment twice before I couldn’t take it anymore. Those reviews were right, it BURNS.This item cannot be returned, so it was just a waste of money.It did not fix the intended purpose, in fact, my situation was worse after using it.I do not recommend this product AT ALL.

This is a good product, overall, I think —-and that’s good, since it’s expensive! It seems to me that it probably helps with swelling, which is good because you shouldn’t use hydrocortisone cream for longer than a week as it thins the skin and sets the scene for more/worse hemorrhoids, big time (something I learned the hard way). I’m leaving lukewarm stars in this review because the second tube of this cream arrived brand new with a safety seal in place but only about 3/4 of the way full. Given how much a tube of the stuff costs, this is unacceptable. Normally I’d have spoken with the company before posting this but found it too difficult to get their contact info. I’ve ordered more of the stuff on the assumption that the skimpy bit I got in the tube last time was a fluke…so we’ll see.
