What an absolutely beautiful box! The workmanship is 2nd to nine! The description stated this box was blonde, and that is exactly what it is. The joinery and fittings are perfection! There is a felt cloth on the bottom of the box. I am actually surprised at how much I can put in that box. If this box is not right for you, it is no fault of the box. Read the description before you buy it. I purchased a second box of dark oak. Blake and Lake are masters at creating hero loom boxes In a variety of sizes. I wish I had a reason to buy more than two. I bought this to replace a bamboo stash box that split up one side, down the other, and over the top in spite of being advertised as thick and not likely to split. Ha.I really like this oak box. It's large and simple, and while it doesn't come with any bells and whistles, there's plenty of room in it, and the lip built into the lid appears to keep smells from escaping. It might not work for the really strong-smelling strains — Sour Diesel has an unfortunate tendency to be smelled a mile away — but it's definitely fine for most of the things I have. No lock, just a lift-up lid, so if you have children, this might not be the best idea.I took a bit (just a bit) of fine-grit sandpaper to the lip, as it was a trifle rough, but one light pass neatened it up just fine.

This box is absolutely gorgeous! It is so elegant and high end. Could not be happier. Looks very expensive and finely crafted!

I was very impressed with the quality of materials and craftsmanship but the color didn’t suit my preferences. It’s called “white oak” but to me it’s more of a pine color with the yellow undertones. I was looking for a true white oak that would match the tv credenza in the photo. I’m sending it back for that reason alone.

The media could not be loaded. Works well for a small memorial boc I made for my baby girl who passed away at 12 weeks 😭 I recommend this box for a keepsake box or memory box

This is a very nice item. I recommend it for everyone.Specially for those high school students to save their high school memories.

Excellent quality box, very sturdy. It was not big enough for my purpose but it was so well made I kept it for a future need.

The craftsmanship of this box far exceeded my expectations. The hidden hinges provided a buttery-soft closure and the lid fit down perfectly over the interior lip. The inside grain was straight and visually clean. Even the interior engraved brand added to the overall richness of the box. Superior quality!
