I never usually write product reviews, however I felt like I needed to for this product. After reading mixed reviews I was sceptical when I bought this nail set however I am 100% impressed and thought I would add my opinion to those negative reviews. The lamp works perfectly, I cured my nails for 60 second each time and that worked well. I would say to make sure you get a gel nail cleansing wipe as well, as you do need to wipe off the tacky residue but then they are super hard. The colour selection is great. They look similar in the bottles but once on the sample sticks you can easily see the variation in colours. I found if I used my cleansing wipe before and after application (like advised to do when you follow correct instructions for gel nails) then they last for ages and I have had no chips in the last week. The two photos attached are a week apart. Finally, for those reviews that say the polish is gloopy, I suspect they may have left it in the sun or a hot place as I found the polish a perfect consistency and really easy to apply. Two coats of colour gave a strong colour. Overall super happy!

So I’m trying to grow my nails and stop having them done so much because my natural nails are wrecked so I decided to purchase this to strengthen my natural nails. The kit is fab and the choice of colours are lovely! The UV light is nice and strong so no stickiness when you have finished with the top coat. There is also loads in the kit so everything you need from start to finish. Definitely recommend this kit for anyone wanting to try growing their own nails or wanting a break from acrylics but still wanting some colour on their nails. Thank you for making a great affordable kit! :)

I'm a novice to nails as I've been a biter all my life. The lamp is really good and you get alot of little extras, however the nail varnish peeled off really easy even after applying very thin layers which is why I've rated it 4 stars.

REVIEW UPDATE: colours that come with this set have great pigmentation could easily get away with 1 coat BUT they’re awful! Not even lasting a week they chip off brittal so I wouldn’t recommend this polish brand. Buy blue sky.You get so much for your money! Gel polish colours I can’t comment on yet but the base and no wipe top coat is fab! Definitely is the 2minutes per coat rule! Lamp is great and easy to use and I love it hasn’t got a base because when you do your fit you can just lift up and put down on your other foot! Tools are all good quality! Highly recommend!!

Daughter very happy with product and she is always asked where she had her nails done, they are very surprised when she tells them she does them herself.

I bought this set to start practicing and learning and it turned out to be excellent.I have not had any problems with the lamp and it has lasted a long time so far after four months.On the other hand, gel polish is very bad, it doesn't last at all. It's just for practice.

Really like it. It's going to save me some ££ by doing my nails at home . Just loving the way I can try to do things. Just love it

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas 2022 and both the two times she tried to use it only 3 lights come on. Never having used one before we both thought this was a mode or setting. But no, and now we can’t return it so it is a plastic paperweight. Steer well clear and I thought we get 12 months warranty on purchases but Amazon closed return option on 31/01/2023. 🤬🤬
