Poor manufacturer Packaging
Eco crystal manufacturer have done a super formal packaging which results in broken product delivery. It tells the kind of manufacturer they r and quality focus they have on product.

Ceramic dome was not pasted well with the plastic base due to which water leaks through the basal space directly instead of filtering through the dome itself
