The quality of pics are pretty impressive for a point and shoot. If you are in good light, then I would suggest you change to no flash so you don't illuminate any particulate in the water. Choose the proper setting as well, ie. underwater action, or scene etc. Enjoy!

Q: how deep this camera goes?

I believe this housing is rated to 130 feet.

Q: Does this case come with the strap shown in the pictures?

Yes, it comes with a wrist strap.
