The media could not be loaded. I started opening this package in my basement which troubles me deeply like a horror movie. I am well wearing layers for the winter so I can only imagine what might be jumping all over me right now. While I was walking with one of the roots, I noticed that it was bendable, which is not a good sign when it's supposed to be dried orris So I decided I would leave a review. While setting up, I just poured from the bag, the rest of the roots and holy moly!!!!!!!That when all the bugs, as far as I know started emerging. I was having total flashbacks of cockroach annd weevil infestations I did not want to recall And never wanted again. My house has been free of any of those sorts of bugs for decades. Now you can imagine my freaking out as these little critters went everywhere.I've been a previous customer and had no issues (Why I'm not giving one star ) THOUGH I DO HAVE ANOTHER UNOPENED BAGGED, WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANOTHER JACK-IN-THE-BUG EXPERIENCE. I'm really surprised now seeing all the other reviews why nothing has been done to deal with this issue like why not put some of those packets in there that keep items dry for a start. Ug I know every little thing on earth has to live, but I'd rather be on these

The other images in reviews that have bugs in the pictures are REAL. Don’t purchase, you can’t return the item and there’s a good chance you’ll have creepy crawlies in your item.
