Its a Beast. Fast, efficient and stable. I really like mine
I needed a burner that would do the job, (no matter what the job was) and this is it.Pro: -Easy to put together -Light to move, but very well built -STABLE, both the unit and whatever Pot is on the Burner -Heats fast -HUGE Cast Iron Burner -There is NOT job to big or small for this burner (I mean cooking of course) -Wind protection is pretty good even in a stiff breeze -SUPER simple to use. -Big enough for your biggest pot but controllable enough to use a small skillet or pan -Semi fuel efficient (It has a mammoth burner, more fire, more gas used)Cons: -Some of the Paint directly over the burners goes fairly quickly* (*JUST over burners, the paint on the unit is 96% fine & has NO effect on performance but just wanted to include it) -In certain condition it is hard to see the flame to control the output. (but over all fine) -Semi- Fuel Efficient (But it has a mammoth burner, so more you crank it up the more gas used)My Uses: Canning, crab/shrimp boils, Fish fry, outdoor cooking, etc.I would buy again But I wont have to for several years..

Great addition to our outdoor cooking!
This propane cooker is very well made. With the adjustable flame control, you can cook low and slow or turn it up and cook fast and hot. I will be using it for canning with a pressure canner, perhaps a turkey fryer and many other everyday dishes. Money well spent.

Great distribution of heat
This is a MUST! FANTASTIC!! I only grill on cast iron for grilling and a carbon wok for stir fry. I needed a burner that would allow me to use very high heat, properly distributed, that was raised at least 24"+ inches off the grade. This is it. I did use a 100,000btu single burner for quite some time. It worked well. Did what is was supposed to do. Then I purchased this 200,000btu bad boy. WOW!Great construction! After using any outdoor cast iron burner, after cooling down, I spray the burner with a light coat of veg oil (like Pam). Preserves the burner for years to come. Now, as far as the cooking goes. As said, I only grill on cast iron. My food is perfection. FYI...Tried the Blackstone grill a few years back. I did not like the food results of cooking on a steel surface and the overall poor heat output and distribution of the Blackstone grill. Used the Blackstone 4-5 times and then gave it to my other neighbor who pretends that he can grill. I don't this he's used it once.So overall, I give this bad boy burner an easy 5+-star.One more thing...my cast iron skillet/griddle pan is 20" diameter, made by Keleday. Bought it on Amazon years ago.

Love the banjo burner.
We use this for low country boils. It gets everything back to temp fast when dumping the next ingredient in.

This burner is serious business. Pay attention to the size before you order.
Occasionally I fry wings in oil outdoors in a large pan that allows me to do a bigger batch size. Previously I always complained how difficult it was to maintain the 375 degree oil temp I wanted for the job. Once wings went in it took a long time to get the temp back up.With this burner, that is NOT a problem. The problem is that it's difficult to maintain a temperature LOW enough. At one point the oil was up to 400 and I didn't want it to go higher, so I kept backing down the flames. Eventually I had backed down the gas so far that the burner went out. It's quite a wide burner. I did not fully pay attention to that before I ordered. You're not going to want to use this with an average sized pot or pan. I happen to have a large cast iron fry pan that this will work well with. I'm assuming it probably goes through more propane per cook than my smaller one.If you want to cook outdoors with a very large pot, for example a large fish boil or something, this burner will serve you well.I love that there are two different heights and that the feet adjust a bit so you can level it off. That's a great feature. I also love the construction of the burner itself. Very sturdy. Large heavy pot is no problem. The legs do seem a little less sturdy than I imagined just because of how they join, but they work just fine. No worries. This thing (obviously) puts out a lot more heat than the average outdoor propane burner. So accordingly you need to be more cautious with it.But for a big cook, or for deep frying, this is a great choice. My only complaint at the moment is that the phillips head screws that hold the air vent cover on were cranked down WAY too tight. I cannot loosen them without damaging the screw head. Hence, I cannot change the vent. I will reach out to the manufacturer about that.

This will elevate your stir fries!!!!
Bought this for the btu’s and was not disappointed. I used it to season a new carbon steel wok. First recipe came out restaurant quality, achieved the wok hei flavor.I also bought a cast iron grill pan for flat breads and to use the burner for a griddle. Will also be using for canning next years harvest.Burner is solidly built, did not have an issue with flame adjustment as mentioned by other users.
