Worked great! So really I finally found something to soothe my stomach and other bodily issues when I have not been eating right. Just bought more because they really do work. I of course I was skeptical. And somebody else wrote in the reviews that they’re not really oiled or just the leaves, but it doesn’t matter. I guess that even the leaves have oil in it and peppermint and they soothe the stomach issues that could be embarrassing When in public I actually never take mine with meals because sometimes eating bad isn’t expected. I usually don’t remember until afterwards when I start feeling my stomach rumble and that’s when I pop a pill or sometimes too and it helps. It really does so try it!

Since being on a GLP-1 these have helped with any discomfort I’ve had with digestion. They help with the bloated feeling, and indigestion 100%!

I bought this because I was told it's good for gerd/reflux etc. Uh, yeah, I suppose. However, it gives me terrible heartburn UNLESS I take it mid-meal.

Enteric coated so if you take 30 min before eating the peppermint oil won't cause GERD problems. Best value I have seen for this much needed IBS tool. Easy to take small pills that fit in my keychain pill holder. Life saver product
