The cot bed was delivered within 3 days and very well packaged .I am a 72 year old grandma and it was straightforward to assemble on my own within an hour.It is solid, attractive and versatile. Compared with similar products it gives good value for money, is sturdy but easy to move around and when converted to a junior bed will be useful for several years.

Theres nothing to dislike about this cot. The quality of wood used is great, very sturdy. Constructing the cot comes with all the tools required but having a power drill will get you through this like a breeze.Currently kept it at the second level but so far happy with the entire cot.

Delivered the wrong item.Tried to return the wrong cot so took a day off work for the courier to pick up the cot as we were TOLD what day and between what times the courier was coming... even though it was their mistake... they didn’t turn up. No communication from tuffnells the courier, they just kept telling me when I called them that it would be between 9am - 6pm it got to 6pm Friday the day I was off and their offices were shut for the weekend, still zero communication in any way from tutti bambini. Amazon or tuffnells. Went to work Monday and eventually got through to a lovely lady at tutti bambini who told me they were collecting the wrong cot today (Monday) but I am in work 8 months pregnant and my partner is in the special forces working away?! Had to take another half day off work STILL with no communication from tuffnells the courier. Eventually they picked it up and almost a week on now still zero communication from any party that my refund is on its way or all is well. Thank god I got a receipt when it was picked up.Amazon are so good with their communication until it comes to getting something back from them.Desperately waiting for this refund as the clock ticks by and my due date gets closer, we need to now order a new cot for the baby.Will not be ordering high value items from Amazon ever again.

Absolutely beautiful cot, so handy with the changing part as well very sturdy well built cot bed. Very big size. My 5 month old sleep really well in this and I like the 3 different level modes available and the fact it turns into a very tidy size toddler bed too. Was really simple to put together and didn’t take long to put together it can grow with your baby in till your ready for a single bed.
