Good but keep the batteries in stock
Work well , sound good and pricing was great. However the batteries seem to die fast. But overall they are great!

I bought these to see if the comms were really encrypted
Using a SDR I was able to determine they are encrypted. I got these for $23. If a month ago you asked me if it was possible to get walkie talkies with COMSEC and apps for less than $25 I would have laughed.I don’t know what prompted this product feature. I don't have kids but is someone eavesdropping on kids two way talks a real issue? Regardless as a infosec person I thought this was really cool.

Leer la nota del manual si no funciona nada
The media could not be loaded. Inicialmente no funcionaba nada hasta que intente hacer lo de la nota del manual pero con los dispositivos encendidos retire las baterías y volví a colocarlas y encender al mismo tiempo y todo empezó a funcionar. La calidad del modo walkie talkie es reprochable siendo está su funcion principal, siempre he tenido buenas experiencias con los productos VTech pero este no ha sido el mejor sabia no sería como una llamada lógicamente pero es frustrante que uno de los dispositivos se escuche a ratos o es el micrófono o algo mal en el que recibe, solo si hablas algo más fuerte en mi caso, el otro dispositivo se escucha normal al momento que aprietas el botón y es más fluido no se si será el mío en particular, el diseño e idea son interesantes y la más importante razón lo de la seguridad encriptada sin embargo es algo que realmente no puedo constatar, no hay realmente nada que configurar especialmente pero ciertamente fue tedioso al inicio pensando que no funcionaba, por suerte había leído el manual y probé una vez más.

This thing is crappy
Sound quality is bad, is not loud enough, can be hard to pair. Is cheap stuff im surprise tech made such a poor product.
