Works as advertised
Amazon picture for product 56-562 shows a panel + cable + fuse + ring connector. The Amazon picture is not correct. Note: Amazon product descriptions do mention that there is no cable included. Actual product is just the indicator panel with a rubber cap on the front input terminals. There are two spade connectors (flat pins) on the back of unit. There is no cable or other supplies in the box.Voltage measurements using a Fluke volt meter and variable output power supply:Red LED on when voltage is <12.46VYellow LED is on when voltage is between 12.47V to 12.71VGreen LED is on when voltage is >12.74VManufacture specs is: Red: <12.4V, Yellow: 12.4V to 12.65V, Green >12.65VReasonable quality plastic construction (but not very sturdy). I mounted the unit on the front license plate and ran a cable with fuse to the battery. Works great and I don't have to open and close car hood for checking and charging battery.Overall I am happy with the product.

Replaced a broken unit, had to install spade connectors on old wires. Worked ok.
Unit works fine to replace broken dash part with attached wires purchased in 2018. Understood it did not come with wires to battery, but did not expect a different connector design. Reused original wires to battery by cutting and installing connectors to fit new flat lugs. Pleased the new unit had positive and negative connections marked. For curiosity, took apart the older dash unit and it had round connectors inside. Cutting wires and installing flat connectors was the only way to make this work in my case.

Missing cables
This device was to be used with my CTEK car battery charging devices. It was missing built-in wires that—according to pictures—were supposed to be attached. Also, instructions were incomprehensible.

Monitor your battery level
I uses these for my RV, Boat, 4 wheeler, Mower and car batteries. I can lookup and see if my battery health is Green, Yellow, or Red. When it tend toward Red, it is time to replace.AwesomeThere is a Plus and Negative Terminal but it is not marked. Look at the diagram.

It is not plug and play to the Ctek power cords.
This does not plug into your existing Ctek power cords. You have to install your own female spade connectors at the back. Still does not do anything for having a outside port somewhere for those who have a battery burried in the trunk under the spare tire. Having a cord clamped into the hatch jam is not a great solution. Pretty common now so not sure why there is not s solution yet. Not everyone wants to pop a hood either constantly.

Good option for charging
Works well for easy charging. Rubber cap could be better.
