Should this be used daily or just a couple of times a week? I ask because it's generally recommend that you don't exfoliate daily.

If you have specific skin problems like keratosis pilaris or acne that you are dealing with by using this product, it is more effective to use it daily. The product is formulated to be gentle enough to be used daily.

Does this contain Microbeads

No this is more of a chemical exfoliation. It does leave your skin very soft each time you use it.

Does it improve strawberry look?

Yes. I noticed a difference after the first use and the redness is completely gone after just a week. I bought the coolife exfoliator and the exfoliating lotion as well.
