Berwick 100 Yard Spool Tinsel Non-Stretch Metallic Cord, Gold

The gold tinsel spool is not elastic. It does hold bows together very well and is great for adding decorations to wreaths.

Very attractive metallic cord that works great for gift tags, wrapping cord, and for giving a bit of shine to any project that requires some cord. Since it is narrow it is quite flexible. Braids well too. A 100 yard spool lasts a long time so that means that the price is pretty reasonable. My only caution is that the user should use a sharp scissor or a drop of glue on the ends to cut down on fraying.

This cording is about 1/16th of an inch wide. For some reason I thought it would be wider. I am using it as ties for small wreath bows so instead of two wraps I will have three. Seems to be good quality and should be fine for my bows.

Like the description says, it doesn’t stretch. I didn’t need it to but this isn’t the one to buy if YOU need it to. It is a cheap option for stringing gift tags and works great for hanging ornaments too. I like it and one roll should last a while.

I accidentally ran over my purse. My prescription sun glasses were in the purse. The case was completely smashed My glasses were intact but the left ear piece was loose. My eye glass place was able to readjust, but it needed something wrapped around the connection to the eye glass frame to maintain. She first wrapped with white cord, but I wanted something to match the gold of that area. This matches perfectly and I am able to use my sun glasses.

This Berwick Tinsel cord has so many uses all year long. I love the quality and color. A substantial amount on the spool for the price. Thank you.

Gold seems to go on any wrapping paper. And many packages don't need – or won't handle – a large bow. I use this all the time. Used to be available in drug stores, etc. but no longer seems "in fashion" – so I get it here.

I love this! This is perfect for what I need. I use this to make bows around candles and gift boxes.
