Perfect fit and much cheaper than the OEM
This is the second time the OEM purge valve had to be replaced. The first time was for the recall affecting the latest generation Ford Focus (mine is a 2016 Titanium hatchback). 2 weeks after getting the recall notice the original failed at about 150000 miles. It failed again at 207,000 miles (yes i'm a long distance driver...700 to 900 miles a week).Contrary to what a lot of people are saying you really don't need to remove anything in the engine bay to replace. 2 long screwdrivers is all that's required to pop the clips off the tube on the intake side of the valve. The other side is easily accessible near the firewall. The Dorman uses a squeeze type fitting so no tools required for installation. Just reuse the original metal mount since the new one comes with a mount easily removed from the rubber isolation bracket. Took all of 10 minutes start to finish to figure it out and complete the installation. 10,000 miles on this new one so we'll see how long it lasts. And in case anyone's wondering, yes i've got 217,850 miles on the orginal DCT clutch : )

Cured my problen
Had a problem when filling fuel tank car wouldn't re-start without hesitant and would run rough. Installed new purge valve line assembly and cured the problem. Also that problem generated a P01450 code and check engine light

Worked like a charm and easy install
Have had this now for 2yrs and it worked from the get-go. Good price way better than the dealership. Installed myself so even better.
