Printer data error
My printer info showed Error and said that the WT Box was full, and the printer wouldn't work. I ordered and fitted a replacement and the same Error info showed, which clearly couldn't have been correct. Checked it out on YouTube and after taking the new box apart and making an adjustment, it now seems to be working. Not sure if this was a WT Box fault or something else.

Rubbish product - do not buy
I bought this product when my printer displayed the message that waste toner cartridge would be full soon to have ready. As I don't use my printer often, by the time I needed to use it the return window had expired. I replaced the waste toner unit, printed once, the error message has returned and I can't print!!! Now stuck in the Amazon phone system trying to get my money back. I never usually write reviews but at least if I can stop someone else buying this I've achieved something...

Didn’t work

Waste toner faulty product
Complete waste of money. Just purchased this 2 weeks ago for my home printer and now it wants me to replace it. I print small volume and mainly use the work printer so how can this waste toner be full?!!!

Rubbish.
Purchased this in Jan 23....now getting fault message just 40 days later after a MAX of 400 pages being printed... just a joke !Of course....its just over the "no return" date....
