Q: Will these bleed through on decent quality colouring books?

My daughter uses these on artists ‘marker’ paper as they do bleed through (similar to a Sharpie) I wouldn’t recommend them on a double sided colouring book as I think you’ll spoil the other side.

Q: I’m looking for pens that are flesh tones. Will these fit the bill?

Yes. I got them for using as flesh tones and they are just perfect.

Q: Do these smell when you use them.?

they give off a slight smell, similar to Sharpies, once dried on paper the smell isn't too noticeable

Q: Will these work on stone/rock/pebbles?

I would say that they wouldn't really work, you're looking for a paint pen like the Posca pens.
