My absolute favorite sweetener!
Words cannot describe how much I love this product! No syrup can compete, I used to prefer honey over syrup but now the game has changed. Its rich flavor is very refined and sophisticated for even the pickiest of pallets. If you are wondering if you should buy this or not, I highly recommend it is absolutely worth ever dollar down to the last penny. I can not think of any cons to buying this product with exception to the cap, I often pour too much syrup out of the bottle and closing it can be a little bit of a hassle when the syrup collects at the edges of the cap, but this can easily be prevented I just tend to be on the clumsy side at times . You can eat it with the typical pancake or even eat it plain its that good! It is not filled with suspicious ingredients like other syrups have. It is 100% organic so you don't have to worry about high fructose corn syrup or strange chemicals. It is all guilt free and very satisfying if you have a sweet tooth. I use it tea, smoothies, and sandwiches to give my food that flavorful kick. I have been using this product for nearly two years and I'm sorry I haven't found it any sooner. I can no longer look at other syrups that same now because of my encounter with the Coombs Family Farms. Grade A or B, they are both delicious and either one is an excellent natural sweetener.

This is the best syrup and the best price point compared to other online stores.

Coombs, this is my kind of maple syrup
I prefer to subscribe to traditional family farms as opposed to supporting large corporate operations. I typically find higher integrity from smaller businesses who depend upon reputation to stay in competition. I have been 100% satisfied with the fine quality of Coombs Family Farms as this particular product is organically produced (absent harmful chemicals), and has a thick, concentrated yummy rich maple flavor. A little goes a long way. The grade B has a heavier concentration of minerals than grade A, certainly a plus for mineral intake. I have been sticking with Coombs for at least 2 years now, since they fit my criteria for an excellent product whose price is fair. I use this maple syrup on pancakes, french toast, as a substitute sweetener in baking/cooking, and as the nutritional sweetener in my body cleanse-lemonade concoction. This is an important food.

Awesome taste but needs to be packaged better.
Was a bit concerned since the packaging it arrived in was badly damaged, I was expecting the worst but so far I have liked the taste of this syrup. Goes great over my strawberry waffles or pancakes. Definitely will be buying this again once my current jar is empty. Probably won't change but packaging suggestion would be to maybe put the product in something that is breakproof protection (I'm talking about the jar).

Never going back to store bought syrup.
Before purchasing this syrup, I had been getting the organic syrup from the local grocery store. It was thin and WAY too sweet. After trying the Coombs Family Farms syrup, I'll never get anything other than grade B again. It is thick and has a wonderful maple flavor and best of all it is not overly sweet. You don't need to douse your pancakes or waffles in this syrup to have that awesome maple-ee-ness, but if you accidentally pour out a little too much, it won't make you cringe either. This 32 ounce container has lasted quite a while. I would say I still have about half of it left and I purchased it well over 2 months ago. We regularly have pancakes and waffles, so I'm pretty impressed that it has lasted as long as it has. It is very tasty and it gives me peace of mind knowing that it is a natural sugar, with no pesticide residue, and no weird chemical based anti-foaming agents.Take note, if you're trying this after using the fake syrups that are full of high fructose corn syrup, there is a difference. Pure Maple Syrup is a bit thinner than the imitation syrup you find packed into the breakfast aisle, but if you give it a chance, you might find that you prefer the flavor of the real thing to the chemical cocktail that they have to pack into the fake stuff to make it maple flavored.

Real Maple Syrup and Strong Maple Flavor
When I lived in Maine, I had the pleasure of going to an event in March called Maine maple Sunday. Sugar shacks across the state were open to the public, to learn about maple syrup production, to watch it being made, and a sample all sorts of maple delights..It was then that I was introduced to grade B maple syrup. For whatever reason, grade B wasn't a lesser quality syrup, but the naming makes it sound like it's inferior to grade A, which my family would purchase when I was growing up, because it sounds like it's a better product.Great B is a much more potent flavor, and the naming system is changed over the years, and now it's called dark.If you want to syrup, that's not messed with, that doesn't have any artificial garbage in it, and that has a stronger flavor, I can't say enough about this syrup, from Vermont.
