Prayers are working!

Bidding war....
I bought this a while ago. We decided not to move. When we did finally put our house on the market I buried St. Joseph.... we got an offer the first week...full asking price. Other houses in our neighborhood were on the market six to nine months after our home sold. Then my mom died and I had to sell the family home. Realtor wanted to put a lower price than I wanted. I asked for $20,00 more. I buried St. Joseph hoping he could work the same magic. Withing four days we had an offer while other houses sat on the market. Not only did we get a full price offer there was a bidding war. It sold for $60,000 over asking and $80,000 over what the realtor was going to price it. Very grateful to St. Joseph.

Fast sale
Bought this in hopes of selling our house fast. I thought what could it hurt, so worth a try for a few dollars. Buried it upside down near the for sale sign. Sold our house in 3 days!! For more than we expected.

It is a statue and looks good.
Not much I can say about this, it is a statue and looks nice. It came with interesting paperwork. My wife thinks it worked in selling our house fast but I think it was a coincidence.
