Q: Why am i getting loud static when usb is plugged in?

I use this soundbar connected to a kindle tablet via the aux cable and get this loud static noise if I switch the soundbar speaker on first. However it disappears and is fine once the kindle it is connected to is switched on. I don't have any problems when charging the soundbar via USB cable directly to an electric plug socket, but haven't tried connecting to any other device.

Q: Can this be added to a gaming monitor.?

Hi If the gaming monitor with 3.5mm Aux audio jack or RCA jack, the soundbar can be added.

Q: What is the process for connecting to a smart TV ?

Hi, our pc soundbar can only connect to TV with 3.5mm Aux jack at present. We will upgrade the our soundbar compatible with smart phone in future.
