If you are looking for a pack of cards that will give your magic tricks an added level of flair to impress the audience, look no further than this pack right here. I took a gamble in buying this one based solely on the back design, and I was not disappointed in the least! The design on the back looks fantastic when fanning and spreading the cards, and the cards glide incredibly well between your hands. Seriously, I've handled many new packs before, but nearly dropped these after taking them out of the pack. They are THAT slick. In addition, this deck comes with one double backed gaff card for use in your performances.Bottom line, if you are looking for a great deck to use for magic tricks, THIS IS IT.As a general magic rule though (and forgive me if you already knew this), but please only touch these with CLEAN HANDS! If you do not, you will find that the oils on your hands will rub off on the cards and cause them to lose that slick feeling (eventually causing them to clump)...

The Bicycle Dragon Back pack of playing cards is, just like any of Bicycle's playing card packs, very high quality. In my personal opinion, I think it looks a lot better then the standard deck, while still looking professional (not like all those zombie themed decks or what ever).Common with most Bicycle decks I've played with, these cards have a nice, crisp texture to them. I think it is called "air cushioning" or something. The cards won't slip out of your hands because of this. This is something that you tend not to find from brands other then the ones from The United States Playing Card Company, or at least Bicycle. I personally have no experience with "Bee".All in all, Bicycle (and The United States Playing Card Company) make great, high quality playing cards. These Dragon Backs are no different.

These cards should easily be 4 out of 5 stars. All around great effect cards and just good cards in general. Can be used for everything and on top of that they have a great design. The one and only negative, and it's only a negative to some is that they are pretty slick with the performance finish. But like any good deck of cards, once you break them in they perform admirably.And the price? Seriously... for this price no reason for the 3 stars. There isn't a valid arguement in there and it's just people being internet snobs.

Probably the best decks I've held so far. Great for cardistry and magic. They are highly durable and very colorful. If you just want a deck to practise or if you're hitting the streets and doing some close-up magic these are what you'll want to get, not only they have great quality but they'll surely make an impact and draw people's attention with it's colorful back design, which is probably the deck of cards with the most colors ever put into a back design (red, gold, black, white, green).

The simple and elegant back never gets old. Very detailed artwork. The color on the back are also implemented into the faces, especially the core cards. The handling is super smooth and has great flexibility right out of the box. Much easier to use than a new standard Bicycle deck and still holds true to the Air-cushion finish! A personal favorite. I believe everyone should have a deck of Red Dragon Backs, dealer, magician, or even casual card player! Forget the standard deck!

The Red Dragon Bicycle cards are charming and would make a nice, though modest, change for Cartomancers who want to spice up their readings--just a little. The face is quite traditional, black and (blood) red, and readily identifiable. This deck will travel in my purse and accompany me everywhere for those impromptu readings.No complaints on delivery.I live in Hawaii, ordered the deck on a Sunday (during a three-day weekend, Monday observed), and received the product the following Thursday, which was one day before the estimated delivery date.

Not only is this deck nicer looking than I expected, the cards are of EXCELLENT quality. I ordered two decks and both are identical/superb quality cards. 'Probably the nicest quality decks I've ever owned. Most specialty decks from Bicycle are crap compared to the usual everyday bicycle decks, but these are nicer. Well worth the money and ordering effort. I can't recommend this deck highly enough.

When I ordered this, the item description did not state "colors may vary". What I received was a pack of blue back cards. The shipping sticker was across the back of the cards. I certainly wasn't in love with them but decided to research to find an actual picture of what they would look like. While the back of the cards are in fact blue, I discovered that all the heart cards are blue. The hearts are blue and the numbers/suits are all blue. This is very unappealing to me but others may love this unique feature.. Be sure you double check your cart as "colors may vary" could show up there even though it's not (or at least wasn't) on the item description page.
