Love love love this!!! Smells so clean, hair is soft and my hair loss has slowed down. Wish it was cheaper but worth it.

I received opened bottles, they were half empty. I am not even sure what is inside these bottles. Absolutely horrible.

First off the shampoo and conditioner are an amazing product. But sadly the packaging was very poor, I’m not sure if this is the company or Amazon’s doings. The shampoo came not in a box or any lid covering the spout. It appears to be used or leaked while shipping. The conditioner came in a box. I don’t have a scale to weight them but both appear quite a bit missing. I thought about returning them because of this but decided to keep them and if I wasn’t satisfied with the product return them. Product did not disappoint but sad to say I may not buy again due to the amount of the product missing and poor packaging. I almost feel if I received a pervious returned product.
