Q: What is work with heat mean, accdg to this?

As others were saying, you can apply this to your hair and sit under a dryer. You can also put on a shower cap and let the conditioner sit longer. Another thing I've done is the shower cap and put my towel over my head (I didn't have a dryer lol). All with a purpose of getting the additional heat to your head to moisturize better.

Q: Why does this smell like chemicals?!

I'm not sure but it does smell medicinal or chemical like.

Q: What color is this product? I have grey hair and sometimes the cream or yellow creams tend to turn my grey to a yellow, I’m hoping it white

The product is white. Should be no issue!
