The only bad thing about this paper is the size
But even the size is a good thing!Because it's cost effective if your markers are expensive. What a perfect paper to blend in your copics.

Great product, used for years!
I was so glad to find these 6x6 tiles of Vellum Bristol Board, which is my favorite medium to draw on. I finally ran out of my supply and since we've moved to a smaller city they don't carry these anywhere.Found it and bought it through Amazon! I'm elated! I bought 2, it came so fast and in perfect condition.

Great for portable sketches and small cards
I love these little cards. They're not like paper or the usual cardstock, a little more like hot press board. The weight is nice, allowing it to hold up well to layers of pencil without gouging or showing on the other side. Ink does take a little longer to dry, but only about as long as gel pens, and doesn't bead up. I love this color to use with black and white charcoal, black and white ink or colored pencils. Due to its slightly "glossy" texture, I wouldn't recommend watercolor (partly because the colors might not be opaque enough to stand out) but a slightly thicker gouache would work. The size is also great for little sketches, tests and cards and wonderful to toss into my bag for whenever the mood strikes me. I like the little visible fibers that look almost like a brown paper shopping bag too.

Worked for me.
Bought these for a specific project. Though not particularly thick paper, I'm thinking about ~75lb. I could've just bought some regular card stock and cut down to the size I wanted and have gotten thicker paper. But thickness was not a criteria for my project. They stood up fairly well to erasing, I did a bit. I liked the size. Thankfully, they were fairly inexpensive, since I went through several.

Decent little sketchpad
Its a cute little sketchpad that I got simply to practice Zentangling. Some reviewers have complained about the thinness of the paper but the pad is clearly marked 60 lb. paper. I found it just fine using both the black and colored Sakura pens. They have very little if any bleed so they work great on this pad as do pencils for shading. For fine art work I prefer to use at least 100 lb. bristol but for doodling this is great. My grandkids keep borrowing it -- they love the small size to do quick pictures. Pencils, crayons & art markers are fine -- would probably be too thin for more liquid markers such as Crayolas. I did a full page with very brightly colored inks and had no problem with any bleed through. The perforations could be better -- pages do not tear out as readily as they should. The paper is off-white (more like ivory or cream); would have preferred a brighter white for better contrast. The small size fits easily into my oversized shoulder bag & is nice to take along for quick sketches. Now have to buy a few more so I can "share".

New Hobby!
I was looking for a new art hobby and came across 'Zentangle' projects. Love doing things like that and since it takes so few supplies of which I already have, decided to try it out. These 4" x 4" Artist Tiles are the first I've ordered and I love them! I'm usually one to "make my own" with something like this, especially as I am new to this medium, but so glad I ordered these tiles and will be ordering more in other sizes. Quality is exceptional and they arrived quickly.

Great but bleads through with sharpie
Great book, works great with black pens ( first pic) but the second pic is drawn with gold, silver, white uniball pen and black sharpie. You definitely have to put a scrap paper behind your page when you use sharpies.

Great for drawing small doodles or Zentangles
Finding Black Artists Tiles are hard. I’ve always found Strathmore to be a good product. I was happy to find these tiles in black to use when drawing with white, neon, or pastel pens.
