I struggle from being a light sleeper. Any slight noise and I'm awaken. I thus have tried to find good ear plugs that keep out any type of noise. For years, I have used the cylindrical style silicone plugs and have generally been very satisfied with them yet some are better than others. My latest pair has probably lasted me 10 years so I was due for a replacement. I first bought an expensive[ $28] brand that had rubber tips. They were comfortable at night but hardly blocked out any noise. I thus returned them and bought these silicone one's. I was sold on them after the first night. Very comfortable and they blocked out noise great. I'd have to pull one out just to have a conversation with my wife who was a couple feet from me. They seem very durable and I suspect that a pair will last several years. They come 6 pairs to a package so I'm likely set for a long time. They are washable and come in a plastic case. I highly recommend these plugs. Great value for the money.

I have to sleep with loud traffic noise outside my residence and also need efficient and comfortable noise canceling earplugs for long overnight flights when I travel. I had previously used the Hearheed earplugs and liked them for their almost total noise cancellation, also the lanyard connecting the plugs and the little travel canister they came in. Alas they are currently unavailable.I took a chance on the Anbow earplugs and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. They are comfortable, easy to insert, and most importantly either cancel or greatly muffle all external noise. In the configuration I'm reviewing you receive two sets of reusable silicon earplugs in small plastic housings, and a third set of earplugs connected by a plastic lanyard in a slightly larger housing. All this with a nylon travel pouch.My only preference would have been for all three sets to be connected by a lanyard. However, the advantage to the unconnected sets is they're smaller and easier to carry around. These silicon earplugs REALLY work well, are very comfortable, and easy to insert and remove.One advantage over every other set of earplugs I've tried is that the stem on the Anbow earplugs is soft and flexible. It's sturdy enough to let you insert and remove the earplugs, but also flexible enough it doesn't bother you if you sleep on your side. Other earplugs I've used, including the Hearheed had a stiffer stem and when sleeping on my side they sometimes became uncomfortable as they drove the earplugs further into my ears when the side of my head was laying on the pillow. Also, the Anbow earplugs are half the price of the Hearheed model and give you three sets instead of one!I recently used and reused the Anbow earplugs both at home and on a 10 hour flight recently and slept through all the noise from a neighbor's dog barking loudly outside my bedroom window to crying babies a row behind me on the plane.Effective, efficient silicon earplugs, great packaging, great price. Best reusable earplugs I’ve tried!

The earplugs are easy to put in and keeps out sound. I use them when my husband is watching TV and I am trying to sleep. Very good product

They are not the best but they're not the worst. Let me divulge...Pros1. You can trim the rim without fear of it getting lodged in your ear and an ER visit on the rise.2. They are reusable and therefore Eco friendly. You get the satisfaction of joining the force in saving the planet.3. It comes with 3 ear plug pairs. One of which has a string attached to it. I'm not sure how helpful it is in sleeping, maybe I could use it as ninja nunchucks when my partner starts snoring as loud as a blue whale singing to its mate. Just a thought.4. It comes with individual cases for people like me that can't keep 2 small pairs of earbuds together.5. It saves you money on having to rebuy earbuds since you can clean these ones.6. It has a water proof case for float trips. I guess that's where the stringed ones would come into place...Cons1. It does not cancel as well as the foam one's do. It literally just muffles some sounds. I can still have full on conversations. My partner still wakes me up in the morning. Nothing has changed.2. Although they are soft, they still feel highly uncomfortable. It could be because I have little fairy ears. Who knows?Overall, it's up to you to decide if this works best for you. For me personally, I would not recommend it because the cons outweighed the pros.Cons

I've tried other plugs, but I keep coming back to these to use while I sleep. (husband sounds like a dying pig while he sleeps)Been using these for years!Pros:- They last a LONG time. I wear mine every night- Excellent value for money. Comes with multiple pairs- Comfortable- Easy to clean- Perfect noise cancelation once they stickCons:- Takes a little while before they really "sink in." I wear mine to sleep, so I have to keep pushing them in, and eventually they "stick" and stay in place. They actually fit better after each use, in my opinion.- You need to cut off the excess plastic at the end if you plan to sleep in them. But not too much, or they aren't as comfortable. (My personal experience)I highly recommend if you wear earplugs often
