This is a good product, well designed. Not uncomfortable to wear while working. The velcro holds well, I definitely took advantage of the velcro cushion pieces for extra comfort under my arms. Easy to adjust as well.

Mine did not fit correctly. It was correct size but it did not tighten enough and it felt uncomfortable with the bulky buckles

I'm disabled with a recurring spinal cord tumor and have a spinal fusion of my T1 through T3 vertebrae. This causes a lot of chronic pain that gives me trouble with my daily life. I needed a back support with good support of the upper back and middle back (as my middle back picks up the slack and movement that my T-spine can no longer do due to the spinal fusion). I am 6'5" and about 200lbs. I ordered a Medium as I didn't want one that is so big that the straps are so long that they barely velcro together.I thought this back brace would cover my lower back all the way to my upper back as shown in the pictures but wow...it's sooooo small! If you are tall like me you will definitely want to order a very large size if you want to it cover your whole back. The medium sized one covers my middle back and upper back but cuts off at about the top of my stomach (right under the rib cage) and doesn't even cover the lower back. While I would normally have returned it as it's sooo small for me, it does provide very good support for my middle and upper back which has proven to provide some pain relief so I'm gonna keep it and just wear it as it is.The construction quality is very nice and it appears to be very durable. I expect to get many years of use out of this support.

This was way to soft for support. It's shoulder/ arm strap dug into my brothers armpit. It kept buckling in the top shoulder area no matter how I adjusted it. It also would not say put. It kept rise up from the lower back. My brother is not out of shape and is very slim for a guy. This product just did not serve its purpose. I would not recommend this product for anyone. Needs more structure for support and more cushion for shoulders and arms. I just missed my return date because I forgot about after I threw it back into its package.

I'm glad I read the reviews and ordered the larger size. Order the size larger than what's it recommends. Since I did that it fits perfectly and you can tell it's helping your posture right away. The additional cushions for the shoulder straps are a major plus. Doesn't feel like your arm pits are getting cut into. Having dystonia in my entire thoracic area requiring quarterly botox injections my posture suffered a great deal for 20yrs now. I have to wear it and increase the time I wear it gradually. After 3 days you can tell it's doing it's job effectively and much more comfortable. If I wear this one out I'll definitely get a duplicate!!

The item i ordered is of decent quality and there are multiple adjustments that can be made to fit many sizes however im a smaller built woman and this brace does not fit well enough to help at all. It might be great for a guy or average sized woman but for anyone of smaller size definitely avoid don’t waste your time or money.
