I've been taking these mineral supplements for over 10 years now. I haven't found anything else to replace them. Very good quality, very good company. I will continue to take them for as long as they are available. I am a 63 year old female.

I like that it is helping me stay more awake an it seems to be working really well, I feel better, its got a real nice price as well.
