Actually stabilizes the patella
I’ve tried several option- regular knee straps, full knee patellar braces, and none of them actually IEP my patella aligned. The plain straps don’t address the kneecap at all, just the tendon. When I tried the ones with a hole for the kneecap, the hole was always comically too large. With this one, the “cradle” (green thing) makes all the difference in the world. And, as a bonus, the way it curves down where it goes behind your knee is much more comfortable. I bought a second and sent one to my dad.

Sports Patella Brace.
Product was advertised properly, packaged and delivered in a timely manner. Sports brace worked wonderfully, while providing a more general degree of movement in the knee, along with giving a good amount of support in the process. I highly recommend it.

What I was looking for
I needed a patellar strap that had a thin strap behind the knee and this has that. Disappointed that it was one size fits all. Amazon listed different sizes. I ordered a large for my 16.5 inch knee measurement and this brace BARELY fits.

Like magic
After getting a case of runner's knee from a climbing trip, I initially tried a full knee brace that was cumbersome, uncomfortable, and didn't help the pain. I therefore had very low expectations when I bought the Push, which looked like an overpriced velcro strap; however, the pain literally vanished when I started using it. I run, on average, 5k a day, and kept using it for months with no problems. On a recent trip I forgot to bring it with me and during a run on a hotel treadmill, the pain started creeping back. The strap is of high-quality construction and it stays firmly in place even with heavy sweating. Note that the silicone pad has a protective film on it that you should remove before use. There are velcro attachments on both sides of the padded section so it is infinitely adjustable, and you may need to play around with the tightness and angle of attachment until you find a configuration that applies the proper pressure. There are multiple reasons for getting knee pain (abnormal foot pronation, quad/hamstring muscle imbalance, overuse, etc.) and it may be that this won't be a solution for all, but it's definitely worth a try.

The edge of the patella support is rough
The fabric is very stiff. And the edge of the patella support is rough causing blisters. I do like the shape.

High quality brace
I've had other patela braces but they pale in comparison. This is from a brace company. It's comfortable, minimal size and works beautifully. The only thing that would make it better is to have it be available in flesh color.

Helps with Patella Tracking
Tried these to help when my patella tracking falls out of alignment to the outside. These seem to stabilize my knees well and keep them aligned. I also tried wearing them when on long motorcycle rides to help with stiffness when getting off and they did the trick.
