what is the actual size of the capsules, length and width?
Please can you sell this in refill pouches? It's insane sending out a plastic pot each time considering how quick it is to get through 90 capsules

I like this brand of magnesium.
Delivered promptly. I really like this magnesium. It's not the brand I have traditionally bought but I won some in a competition a while back and now it's converted me to buying this brand. I find it is excellent quality and I do feel a difference, especially with my sleep. I don't think this is my imagination but I'm relative new to the brand and so far so good. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. I think this is a quality brand and my aim is to keep buying it. I'll be interested to see how my sleep continues going forward.

No fillers, good form of Mg for absorption, but large capsules. Good for my Meniere's
The main thing for me is that these aren't packed with fillers and they are in a good form for easy absorption by the body. I suffer from Meniere's Disease and magnesium can help with the symptoms, so I want the best form I can get to ensure that the effect is felt.These are very large capsules - so they aren't easy to swallow - if you have difficulty with large capsules, these might not be right for you. I can swallow them, but I wish they were a little smaller, even if that meant taking a larger number of capsules.It is recommended that you start with 1 and work up to 3 a day and 3 capsules will give you 65% of your recommended intake. The reason that it suggests gradually working up to 3 is that it can give you a bit of an upset stomach, so it's best to ease yourself onto them gradually. I take them just before bed - so at least a couple of hours after a meal and this suits me well.It isn't the cheapest magnesium supplement on the market, but it is a high quality product and for me it is worthwhile.I have been told that it is important to ensure that you are getting enough calcium and vitamin D3 as well with magnesium for the full benefits.

Effective & Simple
I find these Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules are effective for cramping of all sorts - restless legs, migraines etc ... i don't swallow them myself, just empty them onto food [with a little P5P for those with extra magnesium-vitamin B6 needs] i also do value the simplicity, enabling me to avoid the many additives so often added to supplements, and as this is a repeat order that speaks for itself !!
