These seeds really work, I crushed it with fennel seeds and added it to olive oil. I let this mixture sit for 6weeks before I used it you don't have to leave it this long but I would say the longer you let it infuse it would be more potent. Massage the mixture to the area you want to see an improvement in, for best results use twice a day. I saw results in about 2weeks I would suggest using the mixture with in taking maca root powder and pueraria mirifica powder. This combination worked so well for me. I'm so thankful I came across these seeds.
