This was really good and tasted like european caramels ive had. There is a slight lingering gamey flavor you get like when you eat goat cheese but overall really good.

I love lattes but I do not like sugar laden lattes made with questionable syrups. Needless to say that pretty much eliminates all of the local coffee houses in my area. Last year I started making lattes at home. Pumpkin spice latte was easy, peppermint mocha I mastered but the one latte I could never make to my satisfaction was a salted caramel mocha latte. I have tried every caramel sauce out there but none really gave me the flavor I was looking for until I tried Fat Toad Farm. This is THE ONE! The flavor is so rich and creamy, its thick and I have to say this is the only caramel sauce that holds it’s own when mixed in with my guittard cocoa powder. Yes I know I could probably purchase a larger jar of another brand for the price of this but I would not get this flavor. I don’t consume cow milk because of stomach issues. I am so pleased this is made with goat milk. I plan to try a few other flavors but for now the salted bourbon is rocking my world. Purchasing my second of what I am sure will be many more as I sip on my first salted caramel mocha latte made at home!!!

I came across this product years ago. it was so memorable I have continued to purchase it online. The flavor is powerful and takes you by a pleasant surprise! You can put it on anything. Seriously anything. LOL. I even drizzle some on top of my cream cheese bagels, warm and toasty. This is definitely a treat. It lasts for a wile too.

So rich, creamy and flavorful! Just the right amount of Bourbon makes this caramel sauce amazing. Well worth the price. All it took was one taste and I was hooked.

Disappointed in lack of bourbon flavor but a very good caramel sauce. Bottle is only like 6 oz so smaller than expected for cost.

addictive, amazing twist of goat milk and caramel. smooth and yummy! first got it in Vermont farm, and glad to find it on amazon! same fresh farm stand quality. thank you Fat Toad farm and amazon!

I LOVE this caramel!! I'm on my third bottle now. It tastes amazing--it doesn't have that weird aftertaste that some caramels have (usually those w/ chemicals in them)...and you can read/understand the ingredients. The taste of the vanilla is very creamy and nice. Not only that, but the consistency is perfect. You can heat it up in the microwave if you want it more liquid (to drizzle over things, for instance)...for me, it's the perfect rim to some of my favorite drinks (as in the pic-vanilla Stoli and sparkling water). I've never tried to cook with it, but I have used it as a cocktail rim and as a dip for apple slices. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Product crystalized in bottle. Would not recommend buying from this supplier. Tried to return but unfortunately no returns allowed. So sad because this product is delicious when fresh .
