These stayed in my shoes dancing all night at my nieces wedding! The adhesive and comfort is great! I put in my shoes and then took them out to adjust position before wearing, they stayed all night! Kept my feet from sliding forward-used them in a “strappy” heal (see pic).

I put these in every pair of heels I own! They are very sticky however if you need to readjust them a few times you can stick and unstick them again. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend!

LOVED these gel pads. Wore them for the first time in a brand new pair of 4.5 inch stiletto heels to a memorial service/celebration of life that was a dance party—I’m talking tons of walking & dancing for hours & hours on every surface: uneven gravel, loose rock paths, an old uneven wooden bridge, brick paths, carpeting, wooden floors, tennis courts, slippery temporary dance floor… these gel pads were the KEY to my feet surviving the night! Made a huge difference in the pressure on the ball of my foot, & even made my heels fit more snuggly (in a good way that kept my feet from sliding forward in the tall heels & prevented the usual pain or blistering). They do take away from the space inside the shoe a LITTLE, but I prefer when shoes & especially high heels actually FIT with no space or gapping at the heel. Will definitely be back for more.

I actually found these to be quite uncomfortable. I bought these for a pair of shoes that my feet slid down and got sore in. They were easy to apply and were very sticky but actually hurt my feet more than the regular shoe did. I tried moving them around but could never find a spot that was comfortable. They did help my feet from sliding down but I just could not get over how uncomfortable they were, so I ended up taking them off and suffering the shoe. They are extremely sticky, and I had to be very gentle pulling them off so that they didn't destroy my shoe.
