I've used many dry shapoos, and I like the ones that spray the best. this one does. I also like the bottle to last through more than 10 uses, and this one goes one and on, not pooping out after a few uses like some other brands. The scent is neutral and leaves you with clean hair that doesn't smell like a trip through the perfume department. The spray goes on great when you need to spot clean, as in an over sealos pleasement of hair product, or overall. I spray as needed and let it sit untouched for a few minutes, and then brush or tousel to get it evenly distributed. I feel leaving it on untouched allows the product to really get in contact with the parts I need freshened. The brush out does not leave you in a snowstorm or make your shoulders look as if you have dandruff, lol. It alos doesn't make your hair look like a pre-victorian powdered wig, that, as you know many other cleaners in this category like to do, especially the ones that "poof" the product on. I don't use this many times a week, but maybe once a week to spot fix. I find it really keeps my hair fresh but doesn't damage it or make it look wig like. My buying confidence with this prouct is an "A" due to how the product works, how it goes on, and how it performs. This is a full price paid review. I've used other dry shampoos and man price points, and even the more expensive (and promoted on the web) one didn't work as well as this one. I used to have gray-ish hair and thought that the powder didn't show just because my hair was light. Then I went auburn and tried it, thinking it would leave some powdery look behind. It didn't! It looked great, and there was no hint that I had used a dry shampoo. I love the scent, too. Makes you feel like you've just washed your hair. 5 stars for sure!

If you love Amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo, then I have a surprise for you. This is the same thing. It's made by the same company and has the exact same formula for less than half the price. It works just the same.If you've never heard of the aforementioned dry shampoo, then allow me to explain why this is the best stuff ever. The nozzle never clogs up. There is no white residue, or stickiness, or weird globs. It smells fresh not perfumey, and the smell doesn't linger. Your scalp won't get dried out either. The bottle last a long while if you only use it once on your non-wash days, or after working out.Pro tips! Do not wash your hair every day. You might tell me "oh but it gets so greasy", but do you know why that is? It's because you wash your hair every day. Stop it! Your scalp is overproducing oil because you wash it everyday. Use a dry shampoo like this on your non-wash days. Eventually your scalp will stop overproducing oil and you won't be plagued with greasy hair. I only wash my hair twice a week! Dry shampoo has helped my hair get healthy and stay looking great. I have color treated fine hair, and my ethnicity is caucasian. Depending on your hair type you may have to adjust your wash schedule to better suit your hair type.

I've used a LOT of dry shampoos and this one is a mixed bag. It gets 4 stars instead of 3 because there is ZERO stickiness/residue, and that is the first time I've experienced that in an aerosol. You forget that you put it in at all - no clumps of product, not stickiness, it's just like clean(ish) hair again. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not absorb as much oil as other dry shampoos of comparable price/quality. However, the lack of "product-ness" is a HUGE benefit for me personally, and I will likely keep buying this to extend same-day hair for that reason alone.Buy this if: YOU CAN'T STAND STICKY HAIR. :) Also, if you want to extend or volumize first day hair, or if you wash your hair at night and need volume/oil absorption the next day. This works well for me in these conditions, and I have fine, oily hair. Due to the lack of residue, I suspect this would be a good choice for dark hair colors as well, but as a blonde I cannot testify to that.Do NOT buy this if: You are expecting serious oil absorption, have a LOT of hair, need a travel size, or if you need to be frugal with your products. I think the price is good, but if you need second-day hair and have lots of oil, I think there are many drugstore brands that do more in that way for half the price.

I recently found out that the dry shampoo I had been buying contained benzene so I wanted to give this one a try. So far it's been great but the vanilla scent can be a bit overpowering, if you are sensitive to smells you might want to use this outside or in a we'll ventilated area. As for the actual performance of it, no complaints. Usually dry shampoo gives my hair a white cast, makes it dry/easier to tangle or just makes my scalp itchy but I haven't experienced any of that with this. I can easily brush my hair afterwards and it looks freshly washed! Would recommend and I'll probably be buying again.

I felt like spraying at night helped with the oil absorption, but def not as much as I’d like. I’ve noticed white flakes in my thinning BLACK hair, so that’s unfortunate.The smell is strong, btw…never understand when skin/beauty products try to mimic food in their fragrance (sugary cookie).Final review: it’s only okay and not ideal for darker hair.

I had no idea what dry shampoo is or does but after my woman introduced it to me and had me buy her some. It’s great cause she loves it.

I found this dry shampoo quite some time ago and have been using it ever since. With other brands such as Batiste or Not Your Mothers, I have found them to leave my hair stiff and just as oily as before. With Eva NYC, it brings my hair back to life and looks like I just washed it. There is no stiffness or residue I would 100% recommend.
