The only negative thing could be the difficulty to get used to the locking mechanism. At first it makes you feel like locking mechanism is not working, but actually it works.

It gets the job done, however it's not the most user friendly in terms of function. It's difficult to keep the lock open while holding it in place to lock up your bike. it does seem secure and durable though

I live in an extremely high theft area (with bike/scooter theft being the most common petty crime), so the police recommend I get a U-lock. I got two of them and haven't had any issues while other bikes and scooters keep disappearing.

I have been using this lock for about two weeks and it already does not work. The rubber part on the outside moves around and makes it difficult to insert and remove the lock part. Annoying but it still worked at that point. And now the keys are not working to unlock and lock it. I have tried for several hours and my hands are hurting trying to figure it out. It works sometimes but is very unreliable and takes a long time to unstick. It seems to not be working at all anymore. So if my bike gets stolen it’s this lock’s fault. Very disappointed.
