As a trans man. Having strong and durable tape is important, this tape definitely is good if you wanna practice but overall. I wouldn’t even use this for exercise or long term binding, it doesn’t stick well and is definitely not water proof :/

It doesn’t stick for long, I’ve touched the tape with clean hands and it lost the glue straight away. If applied direct in the skin it stays for a couple of hours. I won’t buy this brand again.

It works nicely and effectively when on your skin but so painful to take it off when wanted.

I’ve been using K-tape - various brands - for a while now, for an ongoing foot issue. I need the claimed 170% stretch, but this tape barely stretched at all so I returned it for a refund, issued without quibble. Maybe it was a dud batch?

This electrolyte replacement was recommended to me from a multi-sport coach. As a nurse, I was very happy to see the addition on magnesium, phosphorus, etc in it. The taste is pleasant! I plan on buying more to ensure my kids maintain their health status while playing training and playing outdoor sports in the summer heat.
