**Before I get into the review, I have to say this 1st.....There is nothing wrong with L-Arginine, it's been used for decades..... Just chk with your Dr if you're unsure**Now when I was looking for a good NO booster, I was trying to find one that used to be like the one I took 20yrs ago, but come to find out, the company folded in 2010, and sold their formula, but anyways, I got this after trying several different brands, over the last 2yrs, this one will be staying in the daily mix, it has the right amount of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline Malate. I love that it is tablets not capsules, if you take alot of capsules you'll eventually know why this is the better way, plus it absorbs in the blood stream better after breaking down. It does say 3 a day, what I would recommend, take 3, 30mins before your workout, and on non training days, take 1 in the AM and 2 after lunch, or visa versa, I have notcied its works amazing this way. Keeps the veins happy and flowing. 1 thing I will say, up your water intake by a min of 16oz per day. Usaly I will take something for 2mo+ before making any kind of review, but I could tell the 1st day I got this in the mail. Damn good product, please Dr Emil Nutrition, DO NOT CHANGE THIS FORMULA!!!! As someone that has taken supplements on and off for almost 30yrs this one is impo the best of the best when it comes to a NO supplement. Price is perfect too. I could only put 5 stars but I will say a strong 9.8 stars. Hope this helps everyone.

I was taking beet root supplements for nitric oxide increase, I have decreased circulation and wanted a natural remedy. Then I read studies that Beet root turns into L-Arginine which is what the body uses to make Nitric Oxide. I researched quite a few brands here on Amazon and chose Dr. Emil brand as it includes L-Citrulline as well. I am on my second bottle and will post a follow up review if I am noticing any improvement. The only issue I have is that the pills are rather large!

As a former athlete, it was ok. One side effect was soft very soft to diarrhea. Energy was good and appetite was good.

I do not use it specifically for pumping iron, but after years of having unused muscles, I noticed that when doing beginner workouts, fatigue set in quickly. This supplement ALONG with MetRx Creatine was a blessing to “develop” the strength in my underutilized muscles (which I never knew I had) to do basic push ups, light weight dumbbells for forearms, biceps, triceps & chest exercises.For all the regular people out there (like ME 🙂) this supplement does help with sexercises. The duration & performance 🎭 has been incrementally upward ⬆️ with my abs, back muscles & arm being strengthened through the sexercises.One thing I noticed is that if the pills are removed from the bottle and taken in a pill baggy during traveling etc, the pill disintegrates easily. It almost looks like it’s outer coating dehydrates and the pill crumbles into powder. The bottle is dark in color and I am guessing that it blocks the light from “breaking down” the surface coating thereby maintaining the structural integrity of the pills.There were a couple of pills broken in the bottle (no biggie) but those looked like impact breaks due to shipping & not disintegrating.In all honesty, physical performance is up, am able to be more active in general during the day and during the night. This pill allows for more stamina, but might not necessarily improve the size of the 🍆 but it will work for a lot longer without fatigue.This is a great supplement for all physical activities that require muscular strength & endurance. 🙂

Got product fast. I just got it so I can’t give review yet on effectiveness, but based on my research it’s effective and a recommended product.

3 pills!! Like come on really? I've used L-arginine from Source Naturals which you can buy here on Amazon and their product is more potent than this one. You only need to take 1 pill to get 1000mg and you can feel your veins open up almost instantly. I never felt that feeling when using this product and I even went as far as to take an overdose without any effects. I took 12 pills in one sitting and nothing. Anyway if you're looking to see if an L-arginine product works you will feel it, trust me it's like your veins open up and you feel like you're an elite athlete that's been running all their life with how good your blood flow will feel. Of course these effects wear off when it balances out in your system which is why many other products suggest you to take a pill every 4 to 8 hours to keep the feeling going. This product though again I personally didn't feel anything. Not sure if it's the quality of ingredients or the amounts in them are not accurate because with these numbers on the bottle I should be pumped up to the gills, but I just feel normal when taking these.
