STAEDTLERKarat Aquarell Premium Watercolor Pencils, Set of 12 Colors (125M12)

I’ve ordered several brands of pencils. These are the best I’ve gotten so far.

These pencils have a great colour range. I've been using a similar range of Staedtler pencils since the '90s. Deep, rich colours.I haven't tried them with water as yet so no feedback there. Having bought 2 sets (12 and 24), I think I'll be right for pencils for the next year or so.They are abit pricey but they'll last for quite awhile so I consider them to be good value.If you like good quality pencils with deep colours, you'll like these.

I paint rocks to hide so kids can find them while walking on the paths around here. The pencils work wonderfully on the rocks.

These are very decent water color pencils. Some of the colors blend, saturate better than others. I find Derwent easier to blend and glide some ways, however, these do last a long time and are a great price. The black is really strong, as well as the reds.

Excellent product

After waiting almost 2 weeks to receive these 12 pencils I have to say that I was disappointed. This was my first set of WC pencils and I was expecting the colors to be a little more saturated than they were for the money. I bounght the set of 12 and started swatching them right away. On the color spectrum this set will give you a oool and warm (peach) yellow, orange, cool and warm red plus a red violet, cool and warm blue, also a cool and warm green plus van dyke brown and black.I am a watercolorist and thought that I would give these a try. I will explore these but expect to only use them for travel sketching.I see the draw for children having these. A much neater way to have them explore watercolor properties.

The finest colored pencils made. I am an artist. I would use no other.

These were beautiful and I love the tin they came in.

Qualidade excelente. Aquelas super pigmentadas e macias. Gosto de amolecer a ponta do lápis em água, e usar a "água suja" para pinturas menos intensas.

The product is AMAZING. You should definitely try this out.Definitely, it's a different experience. I mean you use a brush and a pallete to paint but this cute, little box makes it so handy to take anywhere. You can activate the pigment by adding water with a brush. Staedler überzeugt wie immer mit Qualität. Super tolle Aquarellstifte. Sehr schöne Farbauswahl. Was soll man noch mehr dazu sagen: Tolles Malerwerkzeug!
