the design is aestheticaly very terrible but pretty handy. I am not the target public as I am an art jeweller, it imply different needs for the creation process. I use only the first and the third section of the book. It is so handy to calculate the cost of my piece. The second section could be handy in the future when I'll have to handle several projects as the same time. I still see a few lacks in the first and third section (design portfolio and inventory). The design portfolio needs an extra line to count our time and then add the cost of time to the selling price. The inventory miss a line for the buying date and one to subtract the quantity used. This book is handy for a first try out and to understand our needs but I think I'll make my own ones in the future
