Take care you have a good understanding of what you intended to connect. The outlet adapter looks fairly flexible, but you'll need to have a good plan (e.g. garden hose won't do it)In my case, the pump shifts rainwater from a buffer tank by the house to a much bigger tank at the far end of the garden. The pipework I'm using is 25mm MDPE, so I was able to use a 25mm inline connector. This is a compression fitting, so provides a good joint at the outlet port.My buffer tank (coffin-shaped) is not that tall, so I had to fiddle a bit to get the float to turn off and on where I wanted. The built-in moulded slot on the pump casing is too high, so I had to gaffer-tape the float tube further down the body of the pump. (It would be useful if the pump body had several slots for flexibility). This gives a good on-off range. The pump starts when the tank is almost full and stops when the tank is half empty, leaving water available near the house as required. The pumped volume is about 120ltr. The process repeats when the tank has filled again.The pipe run to the garden tank has lots of elbows and about 65m of 25mm MDPE pipework. In addition, the garden slopes so that the garden tank is about 6m or 7m higher than the buffer tank. This load is easily handled by the pump. No evident noises nor signs of straining, nor vibrating pipework.As a complete novice to all this stuff, I'm extremely pleased at how it's all worked out.

The pump works well for reasonable priced pump used a lot to pump out hole with loose material in base pump only blocked when larger stone about 37mm managed to get to propeller easily cleaned out. two things would make it great 1 were you attach hose if it had a lose nut would allow pipe to remain attached and easier to attack than keep having to coupler hose with screw driver and clips.2 to have a eye on float or clip to the float can be held to work when pumping low water levels out.

efficient pump for removing dirty sludgy water, no problem pumping 20metres +. Easy to use, pump is switched manually by raising/ lowering the float cable.

I have had this pump for 4 years and it has not let me down - so very durable. I use it to empty my hot tub, sling it into my hot tub, and then back into the storage bin with no respect regularly and it has survived admirably.The only problem I have is that if there is a small amount of water in the hot tub (like 5-10 cm so still a decent amount, which covers the intake) it will not pump the water unless you "prime" the pump - I'm not sure if that is the correct terminology - but what you need to do is full the pipe with water first and then it can pump OK. It's like it doesn't have enough power to get started. This has become a problem enough times over the last few years that I have decided to buy a new one, despite the fact that this one is still going strong.

Luv this pump🤩so easy to use. And its quick as well. Works perfectly in my outdoor pond. Its life saver especially when you live in norther Ireland with rain almost every day 🤣

This small pump cleared our large ( 20 foot x 10 foot) very very dirty duck pond brilliantly. Easy to use, didn’t block up at all even though pond full of dirt , feathers etc.Very impressed
