Quality. In some aspects.
It weighs about 3lb. So there must be some good metal in it and with a 13mm chuck and a chunky chuck key it has some good points.Now for a big grumble, trying to make the air connection not leak is tough. It comes with an adapter that looks like it was made on Mars, I replaced it with a more familiar one.I eventually got it leak free with 4 fibre washers, 2 O rings and gas PTFE tape.It does work well and you can feel the power, but I could of done without the ordeal to stop the leaks.
