Q: What does the Fruit flavor taste like? Is it like citrus?

It does have a citrus taste to it, but also has a little aftertaste. I usually prefer fruit or citrus over mint, but I actually liked the mint better than the citrus.

Q: Would this be appropriate for a 14 year old varsity cross country runner to use?

Is Caffeine appropriate for a teen? There are many studies that speak to the impact caffeine has on children and teens. I’m not saying they are all true but some have merit. Are you willing to take the risk on the health impacts it may have?
