The package came without damage. The taste is fine. I have followed the instruction took two each time, and two times a day. I don't have issue of insomnia like other might have. I also don't feel any differences of better stamina after taken. But I do feel some differences on having itchy bumps. After I took 4 capsules a day, my arm and wrist had grown some small itchy bump. They are not mosquito bite. The bumps are warm vs normal skin.
