We received it promptly and it was all that was promised. It is working well in our RO system.

This product destroyed the filter housing in my GE filter. The o-ring end did not seat properly and deformed the plastic when tightening down.I recommend avoiding this membrane unless you have an AMI filter housing. I ended up replacing my filter housing and getting the GE membrane and my system works perfectly again.

My plastic receiving container was damaged when the RO Membrane was inserted and tightened down. The damage happened because the RO membrane cartridge didn't have a centering feature that would guide the end of the RO cartridge into a molded holder inside the end of the plastic receiving container. This failure resulted in damage to the interior of the receiving container, a loud vibrating noise coming from the assembly as it regenerated and questionable proper filtration. The manufacturer was very kind to replace the damaged holder but I still had to insert the cartridge and guess whether it was centered properly. I must have done OK because the unit seems to be running properly. Be very careful to insert the cartridge properly.

If you've checked that this is the right membrane, it does the job admirably.
