Can you get spindle separately? To interchange the wool?

I have just bought my first Wool Jeanie and the seller included a note in my parcel saying they do supply spare spindles if required :-)

Does the spinner sit securely on a table or will it topple over?

Does not attach to table lamp. Wool rotates easily without toppling over.

Will this fit a 100g ball of yarn?

Yes no problems, I've also used it with a 200g ball of aran yarn (does not however work with cakes as these should be used from the inside out)

I bought this product. Itworks perfectly when the ball of wool is first used but as the ball empties it snags on the bottom. Any suggestions?

This happens with loosely wound wools. It did with my first one. I then inserted a cardboard tube up the inside of the ball (kitchen roll cut down and sliced up the centre so you can squeeze it a bit slimmer will do.) Then into the rod and the but if friction on the wool stops it sliding downwards.
