I use this in my night time tea for sleep. They give inconsistent results. It may get better with time. I put it in my evening tea that has a strong, pleasant flavor so I can't taste this in my tea.

It tasted good. But late in delivery.

The tea bottle was 2/3 full, not like the picture shown as advertised. Had to call the customer service to get a refund or a replacement, but won’t get it replaced…can’t trust a company that misleads customers.
