Locked my key fob lost the other ones Amy tricks to open ?

Wiggle n pry lightly,wiggle pry,wiggle pry,wiggle pry,, sometime more wiggle pry wiggle pry.. thats how i got my old one open that doesnt have the external supply emergancy backup cord...

Is the default state of the lock, unlocked or locked? If unit were to lose power, does the lock automatically open?

It's locked. It can't open automatically. It own low power alert.

does the lock spring to door or drawer open slightly upon unlocking?

the door will open slightly when the lock is disengaged

The pictures show a small round button to place the fob. how is it hidden then?

The button is just a marker you stick on the door, you dont have to stick it on. Just remember where the activator is located on the inside of the door.
