Small business wonder.!
No re-up, no periodic payments. Takes a bit to get the knack of it, but it is all you need for a small business.Doesn't let you load pictures of items, but it is a onetime buy, and it is yours with zero need to go anywhere else.No more surprise costs.

Works great!
I have used quickbooks desktop for years. I was not happy when they went away from the desktop style to all on line, so I purchased this based on reviews and price.It installed quickly and I was able to print off my first two invoices in less than 10 minutes.Keep in mind, THIS ISN'T QUICKBOOKS! It is different and doesn't have near the options. If you are just wanting to make simple invoices, this will more than do it.Very happy so far, I will post if that changes.

THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT CAPABLE TO ADJUST THE RESOLUTION AND ASPECT RATIO
This software is not capable of adjusting the resolution of the graphic user interface based on the size and resolution of the monitor, so on a laptop with a 14 "monitor and Full HD (1920x1080) resolution, the letters are very small making it almost impossible to work with this application, see attached picture where two screenshots have been taken, one from My Invoice & Deluxe and the other from Excel, in the Excel program you can see how this application perfectly adjusts the aspect ratio of the graphical interface, which does not it happens in My Invoice & Deluxe application. Tech support did not offer a solution in our case where this application was installed on a new HP Laptop i5, Windows 10_Pro, 14" LCD Full HD.

Cannot Even Get It To Install, As It Reports The Serial Code As "Incorrect": UPDATED TWICE
I have used MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe for, what, 20 years? V6 still works for my purposes, but I can no longer generate any reports, as it keeps telling me that it is "unable to open database" and "unable to load selected report." I purchased V10 in hopes of importing my V6 data and being able to generate the 2019 reports I need, but I cannot even get V10 to install. Further, it tells me that I can also use a code on a yellow sticker on the back of the card in the box, but there is no such sticker. This situation is absolutely absurd. I owned a computer business for years, so I can assure you there is no operator error going on. If anyone has input, I'm all ears. I look forward to revising my rating of this product.UPDATE 9/20: By working with the company, I was finally able to get the program to install. Some things about it I like, but not all; I would say that version the older version, it's in some ways a step forward and some ways a step back. One simple thing is that I used to be able to tab from a certain field to the next field and the program would auto populate the field's info if I typed the first letter (say, typing the P of PayPal), but the new version doesn't do that, so I have to retype the same info in each invoice. Also, the invoices print smaller on the page than they used to, making them more difficult to read. A positive is that they now do print in color, which the older version wouldn't do. There are other aspects that I find kludgy compared to the old version; one would be that the old version allowed me to print to PDF and would open the PDF automatically; this version asks me each time if I'd like to open the PDF. I've upped the stars from 1 to 3, given that the program now does install and does work, but it's not a panacea.UPDATE 9-18-20: Not fully loving V10, including missing some features from V6, I read others' positive comments about V9, so I bought a never-used copy on the auction site. I was very bummed, though, when I went to install it and it said "You have another version of this software. Do you want to upgrade it?" I selected NO...and the software bombed. I tried multiple times and it simply will not let me install it fresh without upgrading a previous version. Not happy, Avanquest. If anyone has tips, I'm all ears.

It's okay.
I was looking for a basic invoice software. This software is a little clunky, somethings need rearranging in the program. But, otherwise everything you need is there.For the price, it does the job. Makes nice looking invoices.

Why the bad reviews??
If it hadn't been for the bad reviews, I would have tried this program a long time ago...I have been using an inexpensive, minimalist & somewhat glitchy invoice program for the last twenty years, and with the end of Windows 7 came my end of that software. So the trial and error began. I read review after review, on Amazon and online. I tried Quickbooks Online...they froze my account all while still charging the subscription fee...if you sign up with your mobile then you can't access certain account changes on your computer...you'll also be charged more monthly just to have a field for purchase order numbers? Really?? Then I tried the free NCH Suite offered by Amazon..it's only free for what, two weeks, then it won't print (that was a waste of time). It seems that every invoice company is just trying to lock customers into the lifetime 'monthly fee'.I do my expense reports on an Excel Spreadsheet I bought several years ago, and I like to write out my checks. All I needed was a program to make invoices (with customizable fields) and lists of those on a monthly or annual basis...just something basic.Upon opening this program up, it appeared that I'd be stuck with using the brightly colored templates, but after going into 'customize' and clicking on the box fields; then the color tabs above, I changed the background to white and the field heads to a light blue color, thus low ink use. The font sizes can also be changed. I like how the list of invoices is on the left hand side and always visible. This program also allows for emailing and creating PDFs.If you need something basic that doesn't overly connect all your accounts...this is well worth a try! Sincerely

easy program to learn and use
I did not use tech support so i could not rate them. I leaned the program myself - easy to understand. - I actually purchased 2 of them for 2 different computers.
