Q: Is this more on the blue side?

The sage green color is more of an agua blue. The color shown in the picture is accurate.

Q: Is the yarn firm? Im looking for something that is rope like and wont fray

The yarn is very thick and sturdy. It is rope like as opposed to a soft yarn feel. I amvery happy with mine, even prettier in person😉

Q: In previous questions, said this can be returned to Kohl's. Why is that return method not offered now?

Kohl's has an Amazon return desk, it is not the normal store return desk. The Amazon return desk is where you take the item to be shipped back to Amazon, they do not give you your money back at Kohls. They just have an Amazon hub area to make returns easier. Once the item is scanned for return to Amazon you receive an email notification that the return is in process. I usually get the notification before I get out of the store.

Q: What is the return policy on this product?

As I returned this product because it was not of the 'bean bag' quality that I expected, meaning that I expected a softer, more pliable pouf, they reimbursed me the full amount less $7.00 for the return shipping fee.
