Received a used product
We received a used product the box was packed with tapes and the product looked used. I am very disappointed as I ordered this for my kids birthday. Took so much time and received a bad product. very very disappointed.

Poor display with poor contrast and visibility
Poor display with poor contrast, thought the content is good. Not attractive enough for kids, and it is a turn off for my kid.
