Caribou's Gift: A Hero With Antlers and Attitude (Kodiak Point Book 4)

Take a self-satisfied shifter male, add one female with the need to give her daughter the perfect Christmas, and throw in an Alaskan shifter town to create Langlais’ fun, funny, and fantastically sizzling novella. This fast paced, quick read is perfect for any time of year. The dash of suspense kept me on my toes as an explosive romance built between the main characters. Langlais had me laughing from the first page.Kyle’s fun loving exterior and wounded heart combine with his warrior self to create the ultimate hero for this novella. Even if he weren’t so drool-worthy, his personality would have me falling in love with him. The way that he thinks in ‘missions’ not only made me giggle but also gave a lot of insight into his personality. Crystal’s protective nature doesn’t negate her need for a mate, yet the way that we get to know her was so intriguing that I couldn’t help but want to know more. And the best surprise in this cast was a little wee one who had my heart in her had from the moment I met her. As much as Crystal and Kyle’s relationship had me swooning, this tale was about so much more than just them.This novella is yet another fantastic addition to Langlais’ shifter world. It can be easily read on its own or as part of the Kodiak Point series, but it definitely must be read.

Caribou’s Gift (Kodiak Point) Eve LanglaisJust finished Caribou's Gift and I absolutely loved it. What a great warm and fuzzy Christmas read it even brought tears to my eyes. Little Gigi stole the read and melted my heart. A little girl brought a big sexy Caribou to his knees and melted his heart. "Never Stop Believing” Totally loved the huge surprise at the end Christmas morning. It gave me chills and choked me up. I totally loved what you did in the Epilogue with the Christmas Carol. Huge smile on my face and it made me giggle. This will be my review. No Spoilers this is a MUST READ and enjoy the book from start to finish. So grab your wine or Hot Chocolate or Coffee and enjoy the ride. I wish I could give this 10*Can't wait for "Wolf's Capture" release. I love this series

So cute! 4 Stars!!!!"Caribou's Gift" Kodiak Point Book 3.5 is by author Eve Langlais, an author I recently discovered. I love her books so far and this series is great. Full of suspense, mystery, and romance with hard and emotionally bruised heroes. However this book is lighter. A sweet Christmas story that gives a break to the drama going on in Kodiak Point.Told in dual POV'sSo as I was saying...in "Caribou's Gift" we revisit friends from the previous books; this one is lighthearted, humorous, romantic and a fun, sweet read. For the one hundred pages that is this cute story, we have none of the continuing drama that has been seen in prior books of the series. No explicit danger or drama. I will say there is a tiny bit of suspense toward the end, just enough to add to the story in an emotional way.This sweet Christmas story features Kyle, a caribou shifter, and the woman he wants to make his. Crystal is a cougar shifter. To add even more sweetness to this book is Crystal's precious little daughter, Gigi.As soon as Kyle and Crystal meet, sparks fly. Not all good either. Crystal is in charge of the town's Christmas parade and when Kyle refuses to play "Rudolph" red nose and all, Crystal is not happy. Of course Kyle tries to get back in her good graces except he still refuses to wear a red nose and have his antlers decorated. What follows is fun and romance and one determined Caribou to have his cougar. But not only does Kyle want Crystal, he realizes he wants Gigi too. Nothing is going to stop this sexy shifter from having his family!Even though this was a short, quick read, I loved it. Eve's characters are well developed for a novella. I smiled, I teared up and I fell in love with little Gigi along the way. What's not to love? She was adorable. This was a great addition to the Kodiak Point Series even though it didn't have all the danger and suspense.

I read this one out of order and I wish I'd discovered it before I started the series. It is standalone and it is a complete story but it kind of lays the foundation for the entire series. Reading it our of order does not diminish the story but I just prefer to read them in order.Kyle is a majestic Caribou who is being drafted by the alpha to take the place of a raindeer who has died and perform the role of Rudolph in the local Christmas Parade. Now Kyle is a really vain shifter who thinks that is just so far beneath him that it is not happening. That is until he meets the parade director, one very beautiful and special cougar shifter, who happens to be his mate.The really sweet and special part of the story is that Crystal has a beautiful little girl, Gigi who has been traumatized by Crystals ex. She has brought them to Kodiak Point to start over and to give Gigi a new start. One that the little girl is looking forward to and especially to Rudolph helping Santa find her for the big holiday.This is such a special Christmas story you really, really must read it. It is not too long but is it packed with all the things that make Christmas such a special and magic season, Love, second chances, hope and strong belief in the goodness of others.

OMW this book was awsome. I absolutely loved the storyline and characters. This story had me laughing on more than one occasion. It's definately a favourite of this series for me and I highly recommend it.

This was a great read... It's sweet , funny, with kick ass characters that can be very stubborn but does still have Christmas through out and one seriously cute kid.....Merry Xmas

This one had me in tears I laughed so much brilliantly written, and the big bad alpha male was so cute with the little girl.
