Nfu Oh Victorian polish Number 061. Toluene, DBP Free. TIPS on Applying the Nfu Oh Holographic Polishes: We recommend using below methods. 1.) Apply Nfu Oh Aqua Base , Let it dry. 2.) Apply a thin layer of Nfu Oh Holographic Polish, Let it dry. *** If Holographic effect is not efficient, you can repeat the steps. We usually use Two sets of each layer on our sample pictures*** Basically, the steps will be, One layer Aqua Base, one Thin Layer of Holographic Polish, then another layer of Aqua Base and Thin Layer of holographic polish. Important: Aqua base and Polish should be dry before moving forward to next steps. Another quick note, Multiple layers helps, but thin layers are better than thick single layers.
